- The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for 1 each SiC-coated graphite liner, upstream (Aixtron P/N: 45010420, Epigress P/N: 5001850); 1 each SiC-coated graphite liner, downstream (Aixtron P/N: 45010421, Epigress P/N: 5001851); 2 each SiC-coated ceiling (Aixtron P/N: 45010423, Epigress P/N: 5002090); 2 each Sidewalls for cassette (set of two) (Aixtron P/N: 45010467, Epigress P/N: 5002094); 1 each Upstream main graphite insulation (Aixtron P/N: 45010481, Epigress P/N: 5001918); 1 each Downstream main graphite insulation (Aixtron P/N: 45010482, Epigress P/N: 5001919); 1 each TaC satellite carrier (Aixtron P/N: 45010659, Epigress P/N: 5002082); 1 each TaC lower part of cassette (Aixtron P/N 45010656, Epigress P/N: 5002091); 15 each Graphite felt pieces for quartz feet (Aixtron P/N: 45010762, Epigress P/N: 5002154); 1 each TaC satellite carrier (Aixtron P/N: 45010659, Epigress P/N: 5002082); 1 each 1600C Main insulation, comes in two halves (Aixtron P/N: 45011402, Epigress P/N: 5001917) .
