Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 6,824 rentable sq. ft in Pottstown, Pennsylvania within the following designated area: North: Northern boundary of the Borough of Pottstown to SR 663, then SR 663 to Sprogel's Run, then Sprogel's Run from SR 663 to the railroad tracks, then the railroad tracks to Moser Road, then Moser Road to the Schuykill River, then the Schuykill River from Moser Road to Sanatoga Road, then Sanatoga Road to Possum Hollow Road, then Possum Hollow Road to Old Township Line Road, then Old Township Hollow Road to Ridge Pike, then Ridge Pike to South Township Line Road. East: Township Line Road to Lewis Road. South: Lewis Road to Linfield Road, then Linfield Road to SR 724, then SR 724 to SR 100, then SR 100 to the northern boundary of the Borough of Pottstown. West: SR 100. The space should yield between 5,934 to 6,230 ANSI/ BOMA Office Area square feet. The space must be contiguous and located on one floor. Public transportation, public, and commercial parking at reasonable rates, and/or on-site parking shall be available within two blocks of the proposed space. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than August 1, 2008. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
