- Description
- This acquisition is to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for Grounds Maintenance for all landscape areas. Services which include, but are not limited to providing all mowing and trimming operations, fertilization and weed control and reseeding, removing litter, weeding, pruning, and planting at U.S. Coast Guard ISC Miami and CEU Miami. The period of performance is one base year, beginning 1 October 2007 through 30 September 2008, with four one-year options. The government will award a Firm-Fixed Price contract from this request for proposals to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and past performance considered. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside participation. The NAICS Code is 561730. The size standard is $6.5 million. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by this agency. The quotation package shall be available electronically by accessing FedBizOpps at www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 25 July 2007. No paper copies of the solicitation will be distributed. Amendments to the quotation will also be provided on the Internet using the same protocol listed above. Questions shall be forwarded in writing to Jessica Coltz at jessica.l.coltz@uscg.mil. Interested parties must be registered in CCR as prescribed in FAR 52.232-33. CCR registration can be obtained by accessing www.ccr.gov.
