- The Defense Distribution Depot Susquehanna, New Cumberland, PA 17070 has a requirement for a contractor to provide an estimated 100 towline carts per year for an automated warehouse system. The Government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Requirements contract for this acquisition to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. Period of Performance shall be for a Base Year with 4 Option Year Periods. This requirement will be issued as a Request for Proposal, reference number SP3100-07-R-0027. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 333922 and the associated business size standard is 500 employees.
