- NSN 2530-01-524-7319, Parts Kit, Steering Axle, is being solicited for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. This item has an annual demand quantity of 1,741 kits and the annual estimated dollar amount is $7,223,687.50. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. Specifications, plans or drawings are available. To obtain a CD-ROM for drawings, contact the Long Term Contract Drawing monitor via e-mail: drawingmonitor@dscc.dla.mil. This proposed procurement contains an option to extend the base year one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. Delivery will be to various conus locations. Those businesses who are interested in submitting an offer/quote on this solicitation should contact Denise Broomfield (614)692-4718 prior to the closing date, 22 August 2007. See Note 26. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal in response to the subject Request for Proposal which will be available upon its' issue date of 23 July 2007.
