- Contractor to provide three separate Peer Specialist Training Sessions during the period of late August through December 31, 2007 for VISN 12. Training locations will be provided by VA, contractor will provide all training and training materials in accordance with the specifications. Offers will be evaluated on technical capability, price, and past experience, with preference granted for veteran ownership.
