- VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System has a requirement for Contractor to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to accomplish Project No. 626A4-07-101, Kitchen Renovation, Phase 1, in Building 2, Alvin C. York VA Medical Center, 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro, TN. Project includes demolition and renovation on the 1st Floor, Building 2, of the existing dining, serving, and dishwashing area to create a new Kitchen. The existing Locker area and office area will be demolished and renovated for a new Dining Room. Relocation of existing walk-in cooler, dishwasher, pulper, and dish table will be included. Coordination of installation of some VA-supplied Kitchen equipment, replacement of interior finishes, and associated items to complete the intent of this project according to contract documents is included. Maintaining current Kitchen functions during construction will be a part of the contract requirements. Other disciplines included are, but not limited to, Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Environmental, and Fire Alarm Systems. NAICS Code is 236220, with small business size standard of $31.5 million. Anticipated completion is 240 calendar days from Notice To Proceed. Work estimated between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. Solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Interested offerors are reminded that in addition to being registered in Central Contractor Registry, all offerors MUST be registered in VetBiz.gov before award can be made.
