Description

VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, Nashville, Tennessee, has a requirement for Renovation of an existing Dialysis and Pheresis Unit. The new facility will consist of 15 dialysis stations, Nurse Station, Clean and Soiled Utility, Wheelchair storage, Ward Clerk, Multi-Purpose area, Patient and Staff Toilets, Locker areas, Storage areas and Water Treatment room with Tech area support. Contractor to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to demo the existing items and rebuild new work including architectural, structural, mechanical, industrial hygiene, plumbing, electrical and fire protection as required, relocation of existing equipment, and provide all new work as required by the Contract Documents. The new work shall meet all applicable VA criteria, codes, life safety codes and Uniform Building Codes. NAICS Code is 236220, with small business size standard of $31.5 million. Anticipated completion is 270 calendar days from Notice To Proceed. Work estimated between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. Solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Interested offerors are reminded that in addition to being registered in Central Contractor Registry, all offerors MUST be registered in VetBiz.gov before award can be made. Drawings and specifications for Solicitation VA-249-07-IB-0093 will be available on a first-come first-served basis on 7/27/07, with a written request and full address and phone number and point of contact.
