- The Air Force ISR Agency Contracting Branch at Lackland AFB, TX intends to award a Purchase Order to TLC Solutions, Inc., 120 Cumberland Park Drive Ste 101, Saint Augustine, FL 32095-8913, on a SOLE SOURCE BASIS (due to proprietary information, which is protected by copyright laws), pursuant to FAR 13.5, for GSM Load Generation Gateway and GSM programmable SIM cards. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with (10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) (Sole Source)FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Therefore, this synopsis shall serve as a request for quote (RFQ) numbered F2MTKV7184A002. CLIN 0001 - GSM Load Generation Gateway, Call Generation Software, SMS Generation Software, Composite Transit Case, NO OR EQUALS WILL BE ACCEPTED CLIN 0002 - GSM Programmable Test SIM card, NO OR EQUALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. All items are to be delivered to Air Force ISR Agency, 102 Hall Blvd Ste 217, San Antonio, TX 78243, Attn: Rosa Reyes or MSgt Frank Remington (210)-977-4595. Offerors are required to provide the unit and extended prices. This requirement is a set-aside for small business. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334290, total number of employess 750. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-18 (effective 5 July 2007).
