- This is a notice of the intent to conduct a sole source acquisition for a commercial item, to be awarded to Pro-D Marine. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Description is as follows: The contractor shall provide all labor, material, supervision, travel, initial assemply and administration necessary ro custom build and install four C-17 Aircraft Maintenance platforms for the 97th Air Mobility Wing. If any other businesses are able to meet this need they must respond to this notice by 1600 hrs CST on 27 July 2007. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with Pro-D Marine will be pursued.
