- The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract renewal to Inquisite, Inc., 3001 Bee Caves Road, Suite 100, Austin, TX 78746-5590 to provide the Inquisite Online survey tool, including a 24-user installed Corporate Workgroup with 10 transferable CEPME Analyst licenses and 52 non-transferable Analyst licenses. Also includes 1 transferable, short-term student use license, the Inquisite Software Developer's Kit, eleven (11)"Lines of Business", eleven (11) Respondent Management Modules (RMM), custom development for mutiple question branching, custom development documentation, and two (2) onsite software upgrades to the current 11 lines of business. COTS survey software program that must meet the following requirements: Dedicated Builder/WYSIWYG interface (drag-n-drop, object oriented, snap-to-grid survey building), Wizard-driven functionality, Customizable surveys reflecting individual University and user group brand identities (branding capability), RTF Survey Inport, Save and resume functionality, Re-useable question and scale libraries, Weighted questions for generation of means and averages reports, "Set and Forget" invitations and reminders, High volume survey control - batch emailing, Import of sample lists from multiple sources, Ability to collect in-progress and partial survey responses, Automated, customizable reporting capabilities, Direct import to Powerpoint and Excel for easy presentation design and data share (full integration), Direct export to SPSS for statistical reporting, Access, Excel and Word, Edited surveys republish to a single database, MS Office Plug-In for Reporting, Web Services API -- seamlessly "plug-in" to your LMS databases (or CRM/HR databases) to automate the email invitation management process, Response editor, Campaign performance analytics, and Paper Survey Capabilities.
