- The purpose of this amendment is to clarify on questions regarding the portable guardshacks: Question 1:Any specs to the inside interior walls material? Answer 1: Metal Question 2:Can the trailer be up to 8 ft. tall and the A/C mounted to the roof? Answer 2: 8ft tall is ok provided it is not top heavy Question 3:wall studs are 2x4 or 2x6? Answer 3: Steel tube frame Question 4:is the rear door 3 ft. wide? Answer 4: Yes ************************************************************ Please see attachment for Specifications, quanity of 4 Portable Guardshacks. This requirement is 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET_ASIDE. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being required and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors?Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-2 (Evaluation Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items). IAW clause 52.212-2 the evaluation factors shall be: Price and Price related factors and Conformance to Performance specifications.
