Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for three Model 24FS Storage buildings or equal and two Model 15FS or equal. You may quote brand name or equal. If quoting equal, you must provide literature with your quote showing equal specification. If you quote equal, limit your literature with your quote to 4 MB. There are 4 Contract Line Item Numbers. CLIN 0001 is for Three (3) each Model 24FS Storage Buildings or equal. The unit is described as 26 feet long by 12 feet wide by 9 foot high. CLIN 0002 is for two (2) each Model 15FS Storage buildings with the following dimensions; 16 feet long by 10 feet wide by 9 feet high. CLIN 0003 is for Transportation cost for the delivery of CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0002 to Fort Riley, Ks 66442. CLIN 0004 is for the offloading and positioning of all five (5) containers, one time, at Fort Riley, Ks 66442. The Government contemplates award of a single contract resulting from this solicitation. Your price shall be FOB des tination, delivered and offloaded. Contract will be FFP. The Contractor will propose the delivery date in his quote to FORT RILEY, KANSAS 66442. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquis ition Circular 2005-18 effective on June 30, 2007. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 332311 with a size standard of 500 personnel. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. We prefer to make paym ent by Direct Deposit or other Electronic means.
