- Isophorone Diisocyanate, in accordance with specification WS16305 C dated 1 July 1977. This will be a Firm Fixed Price, Requirements type contract for a minimum quantity of zero pounds and a maximum quantity of 40,000 pounds. Federal Supply Class ( FSC) 6810, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 424690 and small business size standard of 500 employees. Delivery order quantity variation of plus or minus 10% is acceptable. There is no option quantity requirement. FOB Destinati on McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK. Delivery is required no later than 30 days from deliver order. All contractors who provide goods and services to the DOD must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). You may register via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov/ or contact the CCR at 1-888-227-2423. Approximate issue date is 2 AUG 07 with a closing date approximately 30 days after issuance. The solicitation will be issued via the internet at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and http://www.fedBizOpps.gov. Any changes to the solicitation will be posted to the above websites. It is the prospective contractors responsibility to check these sites for posted changes. This solicitation requires online certifications and represen tations (ORCA, http://orca.bpn.gov ). Failure to complete the ORCA registration may make the offeror ineligible for award.
