- THIS IS A HUBZONE SET-ASIDE. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment reports, documents, and tests to complete the construction of 15 concrete ponds at Waterways Experiment Station, 3909 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg, Mi ssissippi. Principal features of the work include construction of fifteen (15) concrete ponds, earthwork, excavation, fill, backfill, pvc plumbing, seeding, fertilizer and environmental protection. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $250 ,000.00 and $500,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (Fed Biz Ops) Web Page at http://www.fbo.gov/. Compact discs and hardcopies will not be available. Bidders should check the Fed Biz Ops webpage ofte n for new solicitations and/or changes (AMENDMENTS) to existing ones. Issue date on or about 10 August 07. Bid Opening date on or about 11 September 07 at 1400 hours, local time at place of bid opening.
