- This is a Sources Sought notice. If you are interested, please contact via e-mail, the contracting officer bill_spigel@nps.gov. The magnitude of construction is less than $25K. We are interested in roofers who are qualified and have experience in installation of a GAF Materials Corporation RUBBEROID Modified Bitumen Roof, or equal. This notice is not the Solicitation. Work is to remove the existing roofing and insulation and install a new roof of approximately 900sq feet on a wind damaged building. Complete details will be in the Solicitation. NAICS Code is 238160. This is a small business set-aside.
