- I1300070053-Parking Lot/Volunteer Spaces The National Park Service has a requirement for Placing 9 concrete parking pads for the volunteer parking area near Badlands National Park Administration Office. The finished Concrete Parking Pads shall be 36' long X 20' wide X 8-inches thick and reinforced with rebar and re-mesh. The park will rough level the site. The contractor is responsible for all finish leveling, forming, jointing, sealing saw cuts with park approved crack sealer, placing of concrete, and applying curing compound and placing of pre-cast parking stops. The balance of the parking lot will be Hot Mix Asphalt Cement, approx 11625 sq ft, 6" deep Asphalt saw cuts and asphalt to cement joints will be sealed with park specified crack sealer. Furnishing and installing electrical wire and cable, not exceeding 600 volts. Service Risers, New Sewer Lines, Manhole Alterations, Water Piping, Utility Trenching and Backfilling, Trailer Sanitary Disposal Station, Gravity Sewer Piping and Appurtenances and installation At Badlands National Park, Interior, South Dakota. The project consists of the All work shall be in accordance with SDDOT Standard specifications for roads and Bridges Section 323, Asphalt concrete - Type G, Asphalt binder grade is PG 64-28. ACI 301, "Specification for Structural Concrete"; ACI 117, "Specifications for Tolerances for Concrete Construction and Materials" and CRSI's " Manual of Standard Practice." The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS Code is 237310, P&S: Z222. This project is subject to Public Law 100-656 the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to Large and Small Businesses alike. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. This solicitation will be available ONLY!! At the DOI Website (http://ideasec.nbc.gov) O/A August 3, 2007 and unless amendments are issued extending the solicitation, the offers are due in this office on September, 4, 2007 at 2:00 PM MT. In order to download a copy of the solicitation vendors will be asked to register their company with the electronic commerce website.
