Description: The purpose of this modification is to restore the requirement for secret facility clearance and secret storage capabilities as originally stated in the synopsis and to increase the anticipated level of effort. 1. It was determined after issuance of modification 01 to the synopsis that the requirement for secret facility clearance and secret storage capabilities is necessary for any award resulting from this solicitation. 2. The anticipated level of effort is increased to a total of 30,090 for the basic contract and 30,090 for each option, if exercised.
