- Various activities in Kansas and Oklahoma require delivery of an indefinite quantity of milk, dairy, and ice cream products beginning December 2, 2007 and ending November 28, 2009 Activities may include Fort Sill, OK; Reynolds Army Hospital, Altus AFB, OK; Tinker AFB, OK, Guthrie JCC, OK; 137 Services Flight, OK; 138 Services International Guard, OK; Tulsa JCC, OK, Ft Riley, KS, and McConnell AFB, KS. Contract period will be for 24 months and this is an unrestricted acquisition with Hubzone price evaluation preference. All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful bidders. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. Estimated solicitation date is approximately August 20, 2007. Once issued copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website.
