- THIS SOLICITATION ?HSCG31-07-Q-6SA963? IS ISSUED AS A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) WHICH INCORPORATES TITLE VIII OF THE FEDERAL ACQUISITION STREAMLINING ACT OF 1994, FAR PART 12.1. THIS SOLICITATION INCORPORATES PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES IN EFFECT THROUGH FEDERAL ACQUISITION CIRCULAR 2005-06. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.**********This is a solicitation for audiovisual systems upgrade for the Coast Guard Island Learning Center Training and Presentation Facility, Bldg-3 located at Coast Guard Island, Alameda, California. The U.S. Coast Guard requires a contractor fully qualified in the field of audiovisual equipment, installation and training of equipment use. Contractor is required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and incidentals to this project. The estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This acquisition is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423620 and the applicable size standard is 100 employees.**********LINE ITEMS: Part Numbers cited are as follows.
