- Pursuant to the Authority Granted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement; The Department of State intends to award a sole source contract to Indicative Software, Inc., 724 Whaler Way Building I, Fort Collins, Colorado 80525. For ADP Software Support comprised of (1) Service Director (QTY-1); (2) 5X8 Next Day Support and SUS, Product License (QTY-1). The purpose of this contracting action is to provide continuity of software services is for Support of Application Performance Monitoring Pilot (APMP). The contract will be issued under solicitation number SAQMMA07M0306. The estimated cost of the prospective contract will be $48,144.00 and will be issued on a Firm Fixed-Price basis, with a Period of Performance of one year. The Department conducted internal market research via vendor presentations, and fact-fining meetings with their respective technical representatives. Findings from our market research show that Indicative Inc, is highly capable of meeting the majority of technical and software needs. In addition, use of another Contractor will result in the disruption of software support services and will necessitate costly start-up and transition cost. This is a pre-solicitation synopsis and NOT a request for competitive proposals, pursuant to FAR Part 5. Incoming phone calls will not be accepted and voice mail messages will neither be acknowledged nor returned.
