- Furnish architectural/engineering professional services required to provide facility investigations, working drawings, cost estimate and construction period services for the construction project entitled "Replace TCU's A-20 and A-21" Project Number 575-08-102. Scope of Work: The air handling units (AHUs) of Building 20 TCU are thirty years old. Both AHU's are constant volume units. The Architect/Engineer (A/E) will be expected to provide a design for replacing the existing AHU's while coordinating AHU's with upgraded air distribution ductwork. The A/E shall review the existing HVAC system and determine the appropriate air distribution system to comply with nursing home standards and energy conservation goals. Drawings to be provided in ACDLT and Adobe Acrobat format. Specifications to be provided in Word format. This procurement is set-aside for Veteran Owned Small Businesses in accordance with Public Law 109-461. NAICS is 541330 with a small business size standard of $4.5 million.
