Description

The Northern Indiana Healthcare System (NIHCS) is seeking a qualified, responsible, SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED firm for the Sidewalk Repairs Project Number 610A4-07-123. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to replace sidewalks and porches (including new ramps) for the Sidewalk Repairs project at the Fort Wayne VA NIHCS campus and the Marion VA NIHCS campus. Work includes concrete demolition/construction and limited work by other trades as detailed in specifications and drawing(s). Estimated construction cost range is between $100,000 -$250,000. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 238990, size standard of $13 million applies. The solicitation shall be made available on or about August 9, 2007 with a due date of September 7, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. local time. Copies of the solicitation may be obtained at no charge at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ Dissemination is limited to electronic medium and the VA will provide no hard copies. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Bidders are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. Contract completion time for Bid Item I is 90 days from notice to proceed. This procurement is a 100% SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS(SDVOSB) setaside. Bids from businesses other than SDVOSB's will not be considered. All bidders must be registered in the CCR at http://www.ccr.gov. AND at VETBIZ - http://www.vetbiz.gov to be eligible for award. AWARD IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS.
