- The VA Network 22 Logistics Office, intends to negotiate a sole source procurement in accordance offer 6.302-1 with KayPENTAX, A Division of PENTAX Medical Company. Request for Quotation is RFQ VA-262-07-RQ-0169EC. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334515. The VA San Diego Healthcare System is to procure One (1) each Model 9100B - Rhinolaryngeal Stroboscope, One (1) each Model 9212 - Camera, 3-CCD, One (1) each Model 9118 - 22-37mm Zoom Lens Coupler, One (1) each Model 9200C - Digital Video Capture Module, One (1) each Model 9264C - Printer, Color, One (1) each Model 9271 - Cart, One (1) each Model 9198, Setup and Training. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will consider all proposals received by 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time Wednesday, August 1, 2007. Information received shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries shall be accepted.
