Description
This Sources Sought is in support of market research being conducted by the Aleda E. Lutz VAMC to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of potential Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) sources to compete and perform a Firm Fixed Price contract for emergency and after-hours outpatient pharmacy services for Community Out-based Clinic (CBOC) patients. Services will be required in the following areas but not limited to Traverse City, Gaylord, and Oscoda, Michigan. Estimated volume of services is 20,000 collectively. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT COMMITTED TO AWARD A CONTRACT PURSUANT TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO SOLICITATION PACKAGE IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME AND REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATION PACKAGES WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. The applicable NAICS code is 446110 and the Size Standard is $6.5M. The type of solicitation to be issued will depend upon the responses to this sources sought synopsis. List of three references to whom similar types of services have been previously provided to include contract number, dollar value, name and phone number of customer The references must be relevant to the requirement and be within the last three year as of December 1, 2006. The references must also include a description of the services rendered under that contract and demonstrate ability to provide services to service area. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT AND ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. RESPONDENT WILL NOT BE NOTIFIED OF THE RESULTS OF THE REVIEWS. All information submitted in response to this announcement must be received on or before the closing date. The closing date for responses is COB, August 3, 2007.
