- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Marion Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) intends to negotiate a commercial contract for Janitorial Services. This notice of intent to negotiate a Janitorial Services contract with a firm to provide all labor, supervision, management support, transportation, equipment, tools and materials, except Government furnished space and utilities, necessary to provide cleaning services for the Evansville Veterans Center Evansville, Indiana, 47711. This facility is approximately 3,440 square feet. See the attached SOW in the solicitation for details. A site visit is scheduled for August 9, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. CST at the Evansville Veterans Center for any interested vendor. This contract shall include a base year and four one-year options. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561720. The Standard Industrial Classification is 7349. The small business size standard is $15.0M. See FBO note 29.
