- 1. Training and technology transfer is required by the Egyptian Air Force (EAF) in support of the Falcon 20-5 Pilot Training program. Proposed training will be Contractor, Type 1 Special Training, procured by the Air Education and Training Command and presented under the auspices of the Security Assistance Training Program. All instruction and technical information shall be in the English language. An Indefinite Delivery contract, Requirements type is anticipated, with a basic period and four option years; where the basic period will provide for four (4) students and each option period will provide for two (2) students. 2. Contractor shall provide training at their Continental United States (CONUS) facilities. This training shall be Commercial-Off ?the-the Shelf (COTS), FAA approved courses. Egypt aircraft are configured with the Garrett engines. 2.1. Requirements of the Falcon 20-5 Pilot Recurrent Training courses shall include, but are not limited to, the following: 2.1.1. Ground School 2.1.2. Brief/Debrief 2.1.3. Simulator training, using FAA approved simulators 3. All training materials/equipment/data are to be provided by the contractor. 4. Requests for copies of the solicitation package may be submitted via FEDBIZOPPS Interested Vendors Listing (IVL) or via e-mail. Copies of the solicitation will be provided directly to those parties responding to this notice; however, the full solicitation will be uploaded after the response date listed in this notice. All interested parties may provide a proposal.
