- This is a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for the Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) Integration Backbone (DIB) Management Office (DMO). The requirement is for a study to be conducted to extend the DIB support to the complete DCGS Enterprise community. The study will identify what is needed to design, build, validate, deploy, govern, monitor, maintain and evolve a DCGS enterprise in terms of defining a framework that describes the policies, standards, guidelines, metrics, processes, roles, and responsibilities that are needed to ensure enterprise interoperability within a federated Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). This effort requires additional capabilities that are not currently well understood by the DoD environment. The study will be conducted to identify scope and articulate the technology requirement and cost estimates in order to procure funding in the FY2010 POM for extension of the DIB program to support DCGS Enterprise requirements.
