- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm fixed pricing is requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18. This posting is to inform potential providers that Dover Air Force Base, Delaware has a requirement for a compact air purifier that is a complete unit assembled with a air purifier, plenum elbow, three filter plenum sections, two plenum end caps, over head pad with three filters, filter grate assembly, filter support rack, five individual filter grates, two individual filler plates 36 inch standard, plenum side entry fitting, under grate roll (filter), six overhead lights, delivery time, shipping costs and installation costs. This requirement is for the Clean Shop Model IG-3DT with added overhead lights or equal items. The details of contract: Only small businesses are eligible for award. The North American Industry Classification system code is 333411. The business must have less than 500 employees to be considered small business. The provision in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, is applicable to this solicitation.
