- This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16 and DFARS Change Notice 20070426. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 532120, size standard $23.5M. This is a best value award. The contractor shall provide 4 EA - 50 Passenger Buses with drivers operating shuttle service between selected Tumon Bay hotels listed below and Andersen AFB Guam according to the following: Hours: 0400 to 1000 & 1630 to 2230; Period of Performance: 3 Aug 07 through 17 Aug 07 (may extend one week); The schedule will be as follows and is subject to change: Sheraton Hotel 0001; Days Inn 0015; Imperial Suite 0017; Hilton Hotel 0021; Pacific Island Club 0026 Pickup location will be Royal Orchid Hotel side; Royal Orchid Hotel 0028 Drop off location will be Marriott Hotel side; Marriott Hotel 0030 Pickup location will be Royal Orchid Hotel side; Fiesta Hotel 0034; Holiday Resort 0036; Hyatt Hotel 0040; Outrigger Hotel 0043; Nikko Hotel 0047; Westin Hotel 0053; Ohana Ocean View 0057 Pickup location will be Ohana Bay View; Ohana Bay View 0057; Guam Starts Resort 0115; Andersen AFB (multiple stops) 0130; Note: Bold and underline places are the pick up location. All pickups should be on the right side of the road. Bus will not go to the front of hotels other than Sheraton and Hilton Hotels. The drop off / pick up address for Andersen AFB Guam will be determined at time of award. Offerors shall state in their proposal acceptance of the proposed schedule and/or generate a proposed schedule.
