- Reference is made to Presolicitation Notice published 7/3/2007 for Solicitation Number W91ZLK-07-R-0023. It is anticipated that Solicitation will be issued approximately August 10, 2007. Estimated response date is September 10, 2007. Requirement i s for Army Developmental Test Command (USADTC) Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD support of the Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) Business Development Office (BDO). Services will provide technical expertise needed to staff a fully functional Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) Business Development Office (BDO). The primary objectives of the APG BDO are to attract industry and other potential customers to APG and satellite organizations; act as a single point of contact to APG for the business community; provide me chanism for the integrated pursuit of business opportunities by tenant activities; maintain a database of core APG capabilities, competencies, and facilities; support official APG public affairs and public relations activities in an advisory role. Contra ct will be for a base year with four one-year option periods.
