- This is a combined synopsis/solicitaiton for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Fort Car son will be awarding a Firm Fixed Price Contract for a New Parent Support Program Home Visitor. The award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). The award is a 100% set-aside for small business. Award is anticip ated on 15 August 2007.
