- Description
- The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials and perform all work to construct fabric buildings and provide site and utility improvements at various training areas at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Construction det ails will be provided when the formal solicitation is released on or about 9 Aug 2007. Once issued, the solicitation and specifications will be downloadable from the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil) drawings will be available in hard copy only. The project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 and is currently subject to Availability of Funds in accordance with FAR Clause 52.232-18. This requirement is 100% setaside for HubZone and the contract type will be Firm Fixed Priced Construction. Contractor must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) Program. All responsible HubZone sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. Hard copy Drawings will be provided via US Postal System in response to written requests only. Reference the solicitation number, state the name of the requestor, mailing address, email address, telephone number, DUNS number, Cage Code and TIN.
