- The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct a metal Central Issue Facility at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The range of the project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Construction details, Stateme nt Of Work (SOW), and Drawings will be provided when formal solicitation is released. Solicitation will be released on or about 9 August 2007. Award will be made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
