Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, equipment, and supervision necessary to Renovate (with minor design)Barracks Building 5215, Fort Dix, New Jersey. The period of performance is three hundred and sixty five d ays (365) days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This is a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 236220, 1 542, $31,000,000.00. Pursuant to FAR 19.805-1, this acquisition is set aside for competition restricted to 8(a) Business Concerns. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Only one award shall be made. The solicitation will be issued Subjec t to the Availability of Funds. Interested 8(a) firms shall request a solicitation package in writing. Requests may be mailed to Army Reserve Contracting Center, 5418 South Scott Plaza, Fort Dix, New Jersey, 08640-5097 or emailed to beth.mendell@us.army. mil. No telephone requests will be accepted. Requests sent via mail must contain a verifiable return address or they will not be opened. All requests should include the solicitation number, W911S1-07-B-0014, your companys name and address, a point of c ontact, telephone number, facsimile number, email address, business size, Taxpayer Identification Number, Cage Code and DUNS number. A bid opening date has not been established at this time but will be annotated in the final released Invitation for Bid. The Invitation for Bid will be e-mailed upon availability.
