Description

Requirement for award of an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity, contract to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to rehab barracks located at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. Contract period will be a base period of six (6) months with two (2) one-year option periods. Project magnitude for the base contract period plus options is more than $10,000,000. A 20% bid bond is required. Payment and performance bonds will be required after award. The NAICS code is 236220 with a small b usiness size standard of $31 million. Competition is limited to Hubzone Set-Aside Contractors. Bid documents will be available electronically at www.fedbizopps.gov on or about August 8, 2007. Telephonic, written, faxed, or electronic requests for hard c opies of bid documents will be denied. Parties interested in the solicitation should access the web page for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendme nts. The Bid opening date will be approximately 30 days after bid issuance (initial posting on website) as indicated on the solicitation. All bid forms, bid bonds, and other documents required for bid submittal shall be in paper medium. Electronic mediu m of submission of bid documents will not be allowed. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered.
