- Air National Guard Readiness Center (ANGRC) Campus Custodial Services - SOLICITATION NUMBER W9133L-07-R-0049. The National Guard Bureau has a requirement for Custodial Services. Contract award will be made on a Best Value basis. The contract res ulting from this solicitation will be Firm-Fixed Price and will cover a base year (1 October 2007 - 30 September 2008) and Four year option periods. NGB anticipates the issuance of the RFP on or about 27 JULY 2007 as a 100 percent Small Business Setasid e procurement. The NAICS Code is 561720 Janitorial Services. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal must have a commercial and Government entity code (CAGE CODE) and be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www .ccr.gov.
