- Red River Army Depot, Texarkana, TX, 75503 has a requirement for workshoes and workboots for both woman and men to be supplied in a shoemobile. Estimated total quantities is 2,060 pair. This acquisition is UNRESTRICTED. All footwear must conform t o ANSI Standard Z-41 and must be made in the United States of America (USA). DFARs 252.225-7001 applies - Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program and BERRY AMENDMENT applies to all shoes and boots purchased for all workers/employees on Red River Army Depot. Reference AFAR 5125.7002-2 Exceptions, all determinations to waive the BERRY AMENDMENT (10 USC Sec. 2533a) require prior approval by the Secretary of the Army. The authority to make such determinations may not be re-delegated. All safety sho es and safety boots purchased on this contract will be made in America. Contractor will be paid on day of service via Government IMPAC (VISA) credit card by an authorized credit card holder from Red River Army Depot and/or tenant activities for the period of one year with four (4) optional year renewals. The shoemobile will be scheduled for weekly visits on Tuesday each week and will accomodate swing and graveyard shifts.
