Complete information on the EAPS ID System is classified at the SECRET/NOFORN level. The Government will ve rify the contractors accessibility to this classified information and will distribute the solicitation package to contractors who demonstrate the necessary security authority to perform this classified research project. All sources that have authority to have access to and store information classified at the SECRET/NOFORN level will be considered by AMRDEC.
