- This will be a Firm Fixed Price type contract for a quantity of one. Federal Supply Class (FSC) 3930, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 333924 and small business size standard of 750 employees. There is no option quantity requirement. FOB Destination Bluegrass Army Depot, KY. Delivery is required NLT 60 days from contract award.. All contractors who provide goods and services to the DOD must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). You may register via th e internet at http://www.ccr.gov/ or contact the CCR at 1-888-227-2423. Approximate issue date is 9 August 2007 with a closing date approximately 30 days after issuance. The solicitation will be issued via the internet at https://acquisition.army.mil/as fi and http://www.fedBizOpps.gov. Any changes to the solicitation will be posted to the above websites. It is the prospective contractors responsibility to check these sites for posted changes. This solicitation requires online certifications and repre sentations (ORCA, http://orca.bpn.gov ). Failure to complete the ORCA registration may make the offeror ineligible for award.
