Description: A commercial item solicitation is being issued for the acquisition of materials and equipment for the construction or retrofit of permanent vehicle barriers for the Department of Homeland Security, US Customs and Border Protection, Yuma Sector, Offic e of Border Patrol, Yuma, Arizona. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside with competition limited to eligible small business firms to acquire the requisite steel to retrofit existing permanent vehicle barriers as well as to acquire materials and to acquire the use of use of equipment needed to have the Arizona National Guard and Joint Task Force North install the retrofit elements or new barrier elements along the Southwest border of the U.S. and Mexico.
