- MW Services, Inc., 23811 Washington Avenue, Murrieta, CA, 92562-2267, as the sole source 8(a) contractor for subject solicitation. Project #1, Aircraft Parts Storage: Design and construct an addition to Building 4810 for storing and issuing aircraft parts. The addition will be approximately 9,100 square feet consisting of concrete footings, structural steel frame, reinforced masonry walls, standing seam metal roof, HVAC and a fire protection system; and Project #2, Addition and Alterations to Mainte nance Shop: Design and Construct and an addition to and renovate Building 4908 for maintenance of the AGE and survival equipment shops. The addition will be approximately 3,000 SF consisting of concrete footings, structural steel frame, reinforced masonry walls, standing seam metal roof, HVAC and fire protection system and the renovation will be approximately 2,500 SF of existing. The NAICS code is: 236220, $31M. Contractors must register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. After completing CCR, in order to download specifications and drawings contractors and their subcontractors must register at Federal Technical Data System (FedTeDS) at www.fedteds.gov.
