- MW Services, Inc., 23811 Washington Avenue, Murrieta, CA 92562-2267, is the sole source 8(a) contractor for subject solicitation. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price Design-Build Construction Contract. The anticipated cost range is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. The NAICS code is: 236220, $31M. Description: Design and Construct a 3,000 square feet addition and Install environmental control system (temperature, humidity, and particulate control system) in order for the existing maintenance bay to be converted into a CIRF for the F-100 Engine Insp ection and Repair Shop at Bldg 2121 to support additional workload, including wall and roof insulation, distribution equipment, supporting chiller plant with power supply. Estimated air conditioning to be installed is 130 tons. The NAICS code is: 236220, $31M. Contractors must register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. After completing CCR, in order to download specifications and drawings contractors and their subcontractors must register at Federal Technical Data System (FedTeDS) at www.fedteds.gov.
