Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is Q8896070022 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, an offeror shall complete only paragraph (j) of this provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certificates electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. If an offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at the ORCA website, the offeror shall register and complete only paragraphs (b) through (j) of this provision. The Government will evaluate the quotations based on price and demonstrated ability to meet delivery schedule, each being equal in importance. Quoters shall provide with their quotation, a minimum of three references to document ability to meet delivery schedules on projects of similar scope. Include name of company, contact name and phone number, description, and dollar value of project. The due date and time for receipt of quotation is August 09, 2007 by 4:00pm.
