Description

The U.S. Geological Survey, Woods Hole Science Center, Woods Hole, MA 02543-1598, plans to make a non competitive award via written request for quotation to University of New Brusnwick, Ocean Mapping Group, Dept of GEODESY and Geomatics Engineering, Box 4400, Federicton, NB , E3B 5A3, Canada for Software Maintenance for SwathED Tool Kit, for manipulating Swath Sonar Bathymetric and Back Scatter Data used to support marine mapping programs. This notice is for INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement to the Contracting Officer no later than the identified response date. Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302 for the proposed contract.
