- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, (NAWCWPNS) China Lake, CA intends to negotiate and award a Level of Effort (LOE) increase on the existing Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract on an other than full and open competition basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 to Crews, Luke L., Incorporated, Doing Business As (DBA) Advanced Technology Analysis and Computing (ATAC), 917D Inyokern Road, Ridgecrest, CA 93555, to support an upcoming test demonstration of the Distributed Ground-based Threat Detection System (DGTDS). The DGTDS system will be utilized for a joint demonstration with the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division and General Dynamics. The increased level of effort will provide ATAC's software support that is required for the demonstration and testing. The software tools for DGTDS were originally developed by ATAC, therefore they are a key player in understanding the interactions between GD and Government systems. Award will be made on or about July 31st, 2007. Any firms believing that they can provide the required services may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. The firm must clearly show their ability to perform the work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and delivery of the product to the war fighter.
