- Description
- The Naval Oceanographic Office intends to solicit for a Professional Development Course Instructor to teach ?commercially available? Management and Leadership type courses at the Stennis Space Center, in Mississippi. This requirement as a 100% small business set-aside. Due to the remote location and lack of funding for this requirement, the small business MUST be located within a 70 mile radius of the Stennis Space Center, MS. The proposed trainer must be available to present the proposal during oral presentations. This is a performance based service type contract that will be issued as a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract. Task Orders will be issued as requirements are established. The solicitation is expected to be published on Monday, July 30, 2007. Letter of intent to bid is required by close of business, August 17, 2007; 4:00 CST. Proposals are due by August 24, 2007 by 12:00pm CST. Oral presentations will be scheduled one week following the proposal due date. All communications regarding this solicitation must come through the Contract Specialist at 228-689-8335. NOTE 1: The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns.
