- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), in support of the Program Executive Office, Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (PEO-C4I), Networks, Information Assurance and Enterprise Services Program Office (PMW 160), is seeking industry feedback on contracting strategies the Government is currently considering for design, development and production of Consolidated Afloat Network and Enterprise Services (CANES). The Government???s main goals in choosing a contract strategy are flexibility, long- term cost avoidance and the ability to deliver the Fleet???s requirements in a timely manner.
