- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Charleston intends to negotiate a sole-source contract for commercial software upgrades in support of the Joint National Training Capability with Terrain Experts, Inc., 5151 East Broadway Boulevard, Suite 1000, Tuson, AZ 85711. A Firm Fixed Price type contract in the amount of $211,000.00 is anticipated. This notice of intent is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The applicable NAICS Code is 541511 with a size standard of 500 employees and the FSC Code is 7030. NOTE 22 applies. Comments shall be submitted in writing to Wanda Wilder at: Wanda.Wilder@navy.mil no later than 31 July 2007.
