Description

REGION 2 REMEDIAL ACTION CONTRACT (RAC) - FULL & OPEN PR-HQ-07-10525/0001 AMENDMENT 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) extend the due date for receipt of SF330/Proposals from July 30, 2007 to August 3, 2007, 3:00 PM EST; 2) to respond to the potential offeror's questions; 3) revise Section M Evaluation Factors for Award provision; 4) remove Section I clause I.9 Competition in Subcontracting (FAR 52.244-5) (DEC 1996) and replace it with Competition in Subcontracting (FAR 52.244-5) (APR 1984); 5) revise Attachment 3, SF330/Proposal Instructions; and 6) to clarify EPA's response to Question #5 of SET 3 Questions and Answer for Final RFP posted on July 20, 2007. Although the changes appear in red (except for deletions), offerors are still responsible for all changes to the RFP.
